Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences, assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and coordinate with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will work with the team to meet repair KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and uphold the company’s core values of honesty, integrity, and respect, while maintaining documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with team and customers.
• Attend production walks with management and support team members.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
