Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Evanston, IL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs. You will inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process, ensuring alignment with team KPIs and repair facility goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers and insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with all DRP and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate with team members.
• Assist in daily production walks and staff meetings.
