Qualifications

• Willing to complete I-CAR Training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend required health, safety, and training sessions.
