Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Rockford, IL seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by evaluating vehicle damage, creating accurate estimates, and coordinating repairs with insurance companies. You will document all interactions and align with team KPIs to drive smooth repairs.

You’ll use repair knowledge and OE guidelines to assess repairs, update customers, and ensure DRP compliance while collaborating with colleagues to achieve performance targets and high customer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and attend required meetings.
• Support team members and attend training sessions as required.
