Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver a superior customer experience by preparing vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurers, document progress, and ensure accuracy in the appraisal process.

Responsibilities include collaboration with management, DRP compliance, and ongoing training. A driven candidate with a high school diploma and valid license is preferred, with comprehensive benefits and a path to growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• 1-year DRP experience.

Responsabilités

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and updates.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and trainings as required.
• Contribute to KPIs by coordinating repairs and parts with the team.
