Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, inform customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

Responsibilities include coordinating parts, communicating needs to staff, and participating in daily production walks with management to drive efficiencies. A high school diploma and DRP/compliance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP's; minimum 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs and parts replacement.
• Uphold WOW operating standards and KPIs.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Attend training and workshops as needed.
