Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and work with the team to meet KPIs in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, DRP familiarity, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s (minimum 1 year).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Engage customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend training and staff meetings when required.
