Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating vehicle repair estimates and coordinating needs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment and clear documentation to support repair decisions and KPI achievement.

Experience with CCC1 is required; candidates should be detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, and collaborate with the management team to uphold WOW operating standards and safety

Qualifications

Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
DRP compliance with minimum 1 year experience
Willing to complete I-CAR Training
Valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Document every customer interaction with pertinent details
Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair steps
Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures
Communicate requests to the appropriate team members
Maintain store KPIs and uphold company values

Skills

Basic Computer Skills

Valid Driver's License

Awareness of where to look for answers

DRP compliance experience

Education
