Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will document interactions, support the repair team, meet KPI targets, participate in training, and uphold WOW Operating Way standards. A high school diploma, 1 year of experience, OE guideline knowledge, and an active driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in auto collision repairs or DRP processes.
• Knowledge of OE guidelines and repair procedures.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and vehicle repair documentation.
• I-CAR training is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with clear repair guidance and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Assist in daily production walks and communicate repair needs to the team.
• Maintain KPI targets and participate in training sessions as required.
• Support team members to ensure a smooth repair workflow.
