Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repairs with teams and insurance adjusters. You will help ensure repairs meet KPI targets and align with WOW standards.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP experience, and strong communication to guide customers through the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and staff sessions as needed.
