Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to craft precise repair estimates, coordinate vehicle repairs, and maintain clear communications with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role ensures accurate documentation, adherence to DRP guidelines, and collaboration with the team to meet KPIs. A valid driver's license and willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; 1 year experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
