Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Estimator to create vehicle repair estimates, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and aligning with the facility's KPIs.

Experience with CCC1 estimating and DRP compliance is essential. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• CCC1 Estimating System knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with DRP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and repairs.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
