Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will ensure timely communication, adherence to DRP standards, and alignment with the shop’s KPIs.

The role requires 1+ year of DRP-related experience, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license; I-CAR training may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate with team during production walks and repairs.
• Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members.

Skills
