Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurance companies. You will document vehicle damages, advise on needed repairs, and update customers throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and the willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and keep systems updated.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with insurance providers throughout the process.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team members.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
