Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating repairs, documenting all details, and communicating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license, with a willingness to complete I-CAR training and collaborate with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and DRP processes.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and maintain excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed and communicate needs across the team.
