Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within the first 12 months of employment.
• Preferred: 4-6 years related work experience; photo-imaging software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer at repair drop off and build rapport.
• Maps damage with customer and identifies opportunities.
• Prepares and finalizes estimates using Repair Planning Template.
• Uploads photos and notes to CCC One with arrival time and details.
• Verifies estimate during teardown and communicates with production.
• Keeps customers updated regularly per management standards.
• Assists insurance adjusters and claim re-inspectors as needed.
