Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn how to diagnose and prepare vehicle repair estimates according to insurance partner and company guidelines. You will communicate value and support a high closed sales ratio, while coordinating with the repair team throughout the process.

Responsibilities include mapping damage with customers, photos and notes upload to CCC One, and ensuring accurate estimates using the Repair Planning Template.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must currently possess or complete 16 I-CAR units within the first 12 months.
• Preferred: 4–6 years related work experience; photo-imaging software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at repair drop-off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and identify WOW opportunities.
• Prepare estimates using Repair Planning Template; finalize with team.
• Upload photos/notes to CCC One and coordinate with production queue.
