Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months of employment.
• Preferred: 4-6 years related work experience.
• Photo-imaging software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport at repair drop-off.
• Map vehicle damage and compile initial estimates.
• Upload photos and notes to CCC One with arrival times.
• Notify production and verify estimates during teardown.
• Assist insurance adjusters with damage reports and re-inspections.
