Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead a team of estimators on electrical construction bids, planning, preparing, and completing bid documents under the Chief Estimator. You will mentor direct reports and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of estimates for high-profile projects.

This role requires advanced estimating knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and cost-control expertise, with travel up to 10% to support project opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years estimating experience in construction.
• Expert experience in Accubid estimating software, LiveCount Cloud, and Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, procedures, and deliverables; prepare the estimate from quantity take-off.
• Mentor and supervise Estimators and Sr. Estimators in the company procedures.
• Review proposals, specs, and drawings; determine scope and required contents of the estimate.
• Provide detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for bid packages.
• Lead training for estimators and drive process improvements across the team.
• Review labor productivity and unit costs based on site data and history.
