Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating experience in water/wastewater or critical infrastructure.
• Experience supervising or leading estimating teams.
• Strong design-build support and value engineering experience.
• Experience with contractors, engineering firms, vendors, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations for all project types and complexity levels.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely takeoffs across the regional estimating team.
• Assigns and monitors project workloads and manages calendars.
• Review complex takeoffs submitted by senior estimators for accuracy.
