Job summary

Georgia's Own in Georgia is seeking an eServices Representative to support Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, P2P, A2A, and Teletalk systems in a hybrid work environment.

You will troubleshoot sign-in and navigation issues for members and staff, document patterns, deliver basic training to frontline staff, and liaise with eServices vendors to resolve escalations while ensuring secure messaging and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two to Five years of work experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot sign-in and navigation issues for members and employees.
• Document recurring issues and report to manager and Online Banking Channel Analyst.
• Develop and deliver basic training to front-line staff on essential features.
• Communicate with eServices vendors to advocate for the member and resolve escalations.
• Assist with electronic communications from members through Online Banking and website.
• Support eServices channel usage reporting and high-volume call handling as needed.
