Job summary

Responsibilities

Process escrow servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle from acquisition through servicing and transfers.
Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for tax processes.
Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely.
Perform general escrow account maintenance.
Research and respond to internal customer requests and inquiries, evaluating factors and resolving issues.
