Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in a mortgage servicing environment.

• 1+ year mortgage loan servicing experience.
• Strong written, verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process escrow servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards.
• Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely.
• Perform general escrow account maintenance.
• Research and respond to internal customer requests and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
