First American is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Tax Processor to support tax processes within mortgage servicing. You will handle escrow-related tasks across the loan lifecycle, ensuring accurate disbursements and compliance with regulatory standards.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidate should have a preferred Bachelor’s degree and at least 1+ year of mortgage experience.

• Perform basic escrow account maintenance and tax reviews.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries and assess impact on other loans.
