Job summary

First American is seeking a detail-oriented escrow Tax Processor to join our service delivery team. You will process escrow servicing functions through the loan lifecycle, maintain accurate tax and disbursement records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will monitor vendor performance, respond to internal inquiries, and support reporting workflows while delivering accurate calculations and timely updates. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year mortgage experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1+ year mortgage environment experience.
• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Process escrow servicing functions through the loan lifecycle and monitor service delivery and quality standards.
• Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely; maintain accurate accounting of escrow disbursements.
• Conduct tax document reviews and verify information with assessors and other sources; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries, research issues, and determine impacts on loans and vendors.
