Job summary

Vista Title & Escrow, LLC, headquartered in downtown Spokane, WA, is hiring an Escrow Assistant to coordinate closings and deliver excellent client service. You will support Escrow Officers with file setup, document preparation, and client communication throughout the closing process.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with escrow software, while contributing to a collaborative team culture focused on care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior administrative or client service experience preferred.
• Experience with escrow, title, or real estate transactions a plus.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing education in the title/escrow industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive administrative support to escrow staff and ensure accurate processing.
• Open and prepare escrow files, including entry and fund allocation.
• Assist with closing documents and coordinate disbursements and wires.
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and team about title requirements.
• Review purchase agreements and refinance instructions.
• Support front desk coverage and post-closings as needed.
• Maintain confidential escrow records and perform data entry.
