Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in escrow, title, real estate, lending, banking, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow staff in preparing closings by gathering payoff statements and legal documents.
• Communicate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, customers, and staff to verify information.
• Prepare and send lender packages per closing instructions.
• Disburse funds accurately in line with procedures.
• Input and retrieve closing data in document systems.
• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service.
