Qualifications

• 6+ years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Homebuilder
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role
• High school diploma required
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
• Problem solving with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and supervise staff; manage competing priorities
• Familiar with escrow product areas and basic accounting/finance concepts

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations of the branch
• Handle escrow transactions as a working manager
• Train staff and audit procedures to monitor efficiency
• Maintain client base and resolve escalated issues
• Complete real estate escrow transactions and coordinate buyers, sellers, and lenders
• Drive transactions forward with clear, proactive communication
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards
• Identify and mitigate risk to ensure smooth closings
• Review and file closing documents and statements with deadlines
