FNF is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer to facilitate and close complex CRE transactions from our Franklin, TN office and Louisville, KY location. You will collaborate with experienced title professionals to ensure smooth, compliant closings and timely funding.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in financial services within title/escrow, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and title production software. Occasional overtime may be needed to meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within title/escrow operations.
• Solid understanding of title/escrow concepts, procedures, and guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and title production software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process escrow transactions per instructions from agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other parties.
• Ensure compliance with Purchase and Sale Agreement, lender instructions, title underwriting guidelines, and company procedures.
• Review Preliminary Title Commitment and address liens, deeds of trust, or title issues.
• Prepare all documentation required to close transactions accurately and timely.
• Coordinate and conduct signing appointments with buyers and sellers and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds at closing per transaction requirements and policies.
