Job summary

First American is seeking an experienced Escrow Advisor for its Homebuilder Services team. The role is remote across the United States and may require travel. You will support escrow operations, advise officers on transactions, and ensure adherence to governing laws and company guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in escrow, strong FAST knowledge, and proven ability to train others, audit files, and manage multiple tasks with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Some college preferred.
• 5–7 years as an Escrow Officer or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Escrow Officers on transactions, structuring and required documents.
• Identify gaps and training needs from reports and audits.
• Coordinate training with staff and auditors.
• Audit escrow files and administer audits.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and documentation gathering.
• Monitor rate changes and run override reports.
