Job summary

First American in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced Title/Escrow Branch Manager to lead the branch operations and manage escrow transactions for our homebuilder clients. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance, and drive timely closings with proactive communication among buyers, sellers, and lenders.

The role requires 6+ years of escrow experience and 3–5 years in a leadership position, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Homebuilder
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role
• High school diploma required
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
• Problem solving with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and supervise staff; manage competing priorities
• Familiar with escrow product areas and basic accounting/finance concepts

This position plays a key role in transforming the Homebuilder real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Acting as a working manager, handling escrow transactions
• Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
• Maintain client base and resolves escalated issues; answers questions and provides guidance regarding products, services, policies, or specific transactions
• Complete simple and complex real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements and acting as a neutral liaison between buyer, seller, and lender
• Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings
• Complete closing by reviewing, recording, and filing documents including preparing and distributing final closing statements and title, ensuring adherence to delivery dates and timelines.

What You'll Bring:

• 6+ years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Homebuilder
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role
• High School diploma required
• Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal and external customers; uses various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationships
• Problem solving with strong organizational skills, detail oriented and knows how to navigate internal and external resources to resolve issues

Pay Range: $77,300.00 - $103,000.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
