Job summary

Parkway Title, LLC. is seeking an Escrow Manager to oversee the branch, ensuring timely and accurate closings. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years escrow officer experience and 3+ years of supervisory/management experience, with a focus on builder transactions.

You will lead a customer-focused culture, resolve issues that delay closings, manage payoff and prorations, and collaborate with the title department on title issues. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years escrow officer experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience handling closings for builder transactions.
• Knowledge of title policy forms and endorsements.
• Experience managing closing workflows from contract through disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance standards and closings dates are met.
• Create a customer-focused culture in a positive working environment.
• Resolve escalated issues that can cause closing delays.
• Obtaining all payoffs, taxes, and HOA dues. Prorating amounts correctly and collaborating with the title department to resolve title issues.
• Preparing CD, Settlement Statements, and other closing documents.
• Address inquiries from transaction participants in a timely manner.
• Confirm closing dates, locations, and schedule signings.
• Balancing and disbursing funds accurately and timely.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
