First American in Saint Joseph, MI is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Escrow team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role drives branch operations, revenue, and strategic goals while ensuring top-tier service to buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of escrow experience, 3+ years in leadership, and strong communication and teamwork skills, all within First American's People First culture.

Formación

• 6+ years of directly related escrow officer experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service focus with ability to address customer needs.
• Teamwork and collaboration in a positive team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the strategic direction, the operations and revenue generation for branches and key accounts within a defined geographic area.
• Act as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers during real estate sales.
• Manage funds and processes real estate transactions.
• Align branch goals with business unit goals.
• Maintain client base and resolves escalated issues; answers questions and provides guidance regarding products, services, policies, or specific transactions.
• Perform duties of an Escrow production position.
