Job summary

First American’s Direct division is seeking an Escrow Assistant in Cody, Wyoming to support an Escrow Officer and a welcoming team. You’ll deliver customer service and administrative support through the escrow closing process for residential transactions.

This in-office role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, officers, and other parties. Training is provided, and a team-oriented culture awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Escrow background helpful, but we will train!

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of administrative support duties requiring strong knowledge of escrow policies, practices, and procedures.
• Prepare closing and settlement statements and other documents for residential transactions.
• Create and maintain files, records, and reports while monitoring and tracking transaction workflow.
• Independently respond to inquiries, gather information, and resolve issues related to escrow transactions.
• Communicate relevant information and updates to customers, Escrow Officers, and other responsible parties.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members, as needed.
• Assist Escrow Officers with business development and customer service activities, as needed.
