Qualifications

• Working knowledge of standard escrow and title industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Two to four years of related escrow or title experience.
• Valid license or certification as required by the state of Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate escrow transactions by determining closing requirements, clearing title matters, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds.
• Review and clarify buyer, seller, and lender instructions to ensure all closing requirements are satisfied.
• Open escrow accounts, deposit and manage funds, and maintain complete and accurate records.
• Coordinate the recording and filing of documents and prepare and distribute final closing statements and title documentation.
• Balance and close escrow accounts and ensure funds are properly disbursed.
