Job summary

First American is seeking an Escrow Assistant in Appleton, WI to support our escrow team in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment. This in‑office role values accuracy, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork.

You will open orders, read title commitments, clear title, and communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process while using MS Office and other technologies to help deliver an exceptional customer experience and bring home ownership closer to clients.

• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a phenomenal customer experience.
