Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements.
• Act as a neutral liaison between file parties and monitor risk.
• Ensure funds are properly accounted for and disbursed per contract.
• Prepare periodic escrow account reports for involved parties.
• Examine titles, mortgages, and trust deeds; prepare closing documents.
• Finish closings by recording and filing documents and distributing final statements.
