Job summary

First American in Madison, WI is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You will open orders, read title commitments, clear title, and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the escrow process.

This in-office role offers opportunities to work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and deliver a phenomenal customer experience while growing in a people-first culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a phenomenal customer experience.
