Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform physical activity: deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, minor repairs.
• Able to use small tools and magnets to reset games.
• Excellent communication when speaking with guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2-12 guests through escape room experiences with upbeat introductions.
• Explain games and products to guests and monitor progress using Game Guide software.
• Reset and maintain game components, using setup sheets and basic tools.
• Provide five-star guest experiences and resolve service issues promptly.
• Complete reports and ensure on-schedule game flow.
