Job summary

The Escape Game in Orange, CA is seeking Game Guides to welcome groups of 2–12 and guide them through immersive escape rooms. You will use our software and HMIs, maintain game components, and ensure guests have a five-star experience.

The role requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, physical activity such as cleaning and resetting games, and clear communication with guests. Training provided; opportunity to contribute to memorable adventures.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication with guests.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks during shifts.
• Willingness to learn and operate game equipment and reset processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2–12 guests with friendly, engaging conversation.
• Provide a clear, energetic introduction to TEG games and products.
• Monitor game progress using TEG software to ensure smooth play.
• Reset, clean, and reset game components and facilities between sessions.
• Complete required reports and ensure data accuracy.
