Job summary

The Escape Game is seeking enthusiastic Game Guides in Los Angeles to welcome guests and guide them through immersive escape rooms. You will engage groups of 2–12, explain games, monitor progress with our software, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include resetting games, maintaining cleanliness, handling light repairs, and providing friendly, efficient service throughout shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs.
• Ability to reset games using small tools and magnets.
• Strong communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2-12 guests with a friendly, upbeat tone.
• Explain TEG games and products to guests.
• Monitor game progress using Game Guide software and operate the HMI.
• Reset games accurately and efficiently after each session.
• Clean and reset game components and the facility.
• Provide five-star guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete necessary reports and stay on schedule for assigned games.
