Job summary

The Escape Game in New Orleans seeks friendly, hospitality-focused Game Guides to lead groups of 2-12 guests through immersive escape rooms. You will use our Game Guide software and HMI to monitor progress and ensure everyone has a memorable, five-star experience.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. You will help reset games, assist guests with enthusiasm, and maintain a safe, clean play area while coordinating with the team for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning, painting, standing, and light lifting (30-40 lbs).
• Ability to reset game components using small tools and magnets.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2-12 guests through escape rooms with a friendly, upbeat approach.
• Monitor the game progress using Game Guide software and assist guests as needed.
• Celebrate the guest experience after the game and reset components accurately for the next group.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure operations stay on schedule during shifts.
