This hybrid onsite role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, IT, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance, building integrated plans, managing risks, tracking milestones, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience delivering complex, enterprise programs.
• Experience taking over ongoing initiatives and leading multiple workstreams.
• Experience with data-intensive integrations and enterprise data environments.
• ERP program or transformation delivery experience.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of a complex enterprise transformation across teams.
• Create integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and goals.
• Track progress, manage critical-path activities, risks, issues, dependencies.
• Coordinate partners across Product, IT, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance.
• Measure delivery against scope, schedule, milestones, outcomes.
• Coordinate testing, readiness, change adoption, implementation, transition.
• Surface risks and decisions, explain impacts, and recommend paths forward.
• Develop executive status updates, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Clarify ownership and decisions across workstreams; ensure commitments.
