Job summary

Children’s Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently lead multiple complex, high-visibility projects throughout their life cycle. This customer-facing role requires coordination with IS, Data Analytics, clinical and operational stakeholders to manage scope, budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma-2P-LSS Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required or preferred.
• Project Mgmt Professional (PMP) required for ETO employees per policy.

Responsibilities

• Independently applies project management processes to define and monitor scope, budget, quality and schedule.
• Identify cross-functional impacts and convene stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with senior leadership and business partners.
• Collect requirements and define project schedule and deliverables.
• Identify, monitor and address project risks and issues.
• Develop and execute communication plan for timely updates.
• Define roles, scope, success criteria, and risk management.
• Assist with procurement and management of external consultants and vendors.
• Document project activities using established templates and tools.
• Mentor and train project teams and vendors in PM practices.
