Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation, to plan and manage complex, cross-functional technology projects aligning business needs with IT delivery.

You will lead project teams, coordinate stakeholders, drive risk management, and mentor other project managers while delivering ERP initiatives and integrations across systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, PM, CS required.
• MBA or related master preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM) required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive PM experience.
• ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, CRMs) experience.
• ERP data migration/integration experience.
• Vendor management experience.
• Change management and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cross-functional technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, track milestones and manage changes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate status, risks and resolutions.
• Mentor project managers and strengthen cross-department collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timelines and quality.
• Drive continuous organizational improvement and adherence to PM standards.
