Job summary

FirstCloudinc in Dallas/Remote seeks an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead HR Transformation or ERP Transformation initiatives for global enterprises. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and value realization across HRIS, ERP, Talent, Learning, and Workforce platforms with onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, enterprise transformation expertise, and the ability to align customer expectations with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10-12 years PM experience including 5+ years leading HR/ERP transformations.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Proven global delivery across time zones and onshore/offshore teams.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR or ERP transformation initiatives across geographies.
• Create and manage project plans, staffing models, risk registers, schedules, and forecasts.
• Ensure milestones, quality, and contract commitments are met.
• Serve as primary contact for executive sponsors and leaders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and program reviews.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and dependencies clearly.
• Manage global delivery teams including onshore/offshore/nearshore.
• Allocate workstreams and align cross-functional teams across domains.
• Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain delivery across time zones.
• Lead HR/ERP workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Learning, etc.).
• Adhere to methodologies, governance, and quality standards.
• Oversee design, integration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes and change approvals.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead go-live readiness and cutover planning.
• Support hyper care and handoff to support teams.
• Evaluate lessons learned and drive improvements.
