Job summary

Automated Financial Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Special Programs to lead the most complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation and measure business impact.

This role requires executive coordination, disciplined governance, and the ability to deliver programs such as M&A integrations and platform modernization with a focus on realizing expected value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex enterprise programs from concept through implementation.
• Background in technology, financial services, fintech, or B2B environments with governance and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to build integrated plans, governance models, and executive reporting to improve visibility and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs end-to-end including definition, planning, governance, execution, and value realization.
• Translate strategic objectives into integrated roadmaps with scope, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Leverage AI and tooling to scale strategic program execution.
• Establish governance, decision rights, and executive reporting for timely decisions.
• Align cross-functional workstreams and manage commitments and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes with recommended actions.
• Oversee budgets, resources, vendor commitments, and delivery forecasts.
• Define change impacts and adoption plans with stakeholders, ensuring sustainability post-implementation.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented updates to sponsors and governance forums.
• Track outcomes and benefits realization, ensuring smooth ownership transitions.
