Job summary

Forbes Technical Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Digital Transformation program. You will own end-to-end delivery across discovery, planning, testing, and deployment, coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The role demands strong executive communication and the ability to manage multiple complex projects with varying priorities. The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of PM experience in tech, with a proven track record of delivering software

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience in technology or digital transformation.
• Experience managing software development and/or web/mobile app projects.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex details into clear status updates.
• PMP certification is a plus; Jira and Confluence experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute detailed project plans for digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee multiple projects from discovery through delivery and testing.
• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Track budgets, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution across workstreams.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to keep momentum.
• Lead project meetings and document decisions and actions.
