Job summary

Motion Recruitment represents a Fortune 100 financial services enterprise seeking a proactive Project Manager for hybrid work in Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX. You will drive medium-to-large enterprise initiatives, acting as a strategic leader and tactical executor to deliver projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build plans, manage RAID logs, and communicate milestones to stakeholders. 3+ years PM experience required; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional project management experience (5+ years preferred).
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to execute independently in ambiguous and challenging environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholder audiences at all levels.
• University degree preferred.
• PMP or CAPM certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive project plans outlining workstream deliverables, owners, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate project meetings, document status reporting, and manage all core project manager duties.
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including RAID logs, trackers, and schedules.
• Identify, categorize, and document action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop go-to-green and risk mitigation plans in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate progress, milestones, and expectations clearly to key stakeholders.
