Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education customers. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, aligning ERP initiatives with business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps.

You’ll partner with college leaders, IT, vendors, and executives to drive scalable, secure ERP solutions, improving adoption, performance, and standardization across the organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience including leadership.
• 3+ years of people management in higher education.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, or Jenzabar.
• Proven ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Governance, security, and risk management in enterprise apps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Oversee administration, maintenance, and upgrades of ERP platforms and integrated applications.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology innovations.
• Direct testing, release management, change management, and deployments.
• Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, and third-party service providers.
